Basic Firearms Training & Competitive Shooting
Growing the Firearms Community and helping to bring education to each new person is what we are all about!
Located in the “Live Free or Die” state (NH) where we take our motto very seriously, Black Dog Firearms Training LLC was founded in January 2022. Although new as a business, the training and educating has been going on for several years. We specialize in Basic Handgun Fundamentals and Intro to Competition Courses. If your foundation is weak or has cracks in it, it will affect the rest of the building. The same idea applies to your shooting. If your fundamentals are off, everything else that you do in shooting will be affected by it. Introducing you to competitive shooting gives you the opportunity to build and grow your skill sets in a dynamic, fun and “kind-of-addictive” sport!
Whether you are brand new and have never fired a handgun, been shooting off and on for a while now or have some experience and are ready to move into the next phase of your training, we will have something for you.
Training Available
Our handgun classes are unique in that we keep the classes on the smaller side so that we can give more hands on one-on-one time to each student. We recognize that each person has a different story for why you are starting this training and our goal is to hear that story, and tune your training to what your goals are.
There are several different disciplines out there, with different scoring, targets, rules, goals and the list goes on. It can be intimidating to just jump in and our goal is to try to take away or at least ease your way into it. Competitive shooting is an amazing way to hone your shooting skill sets and test them under a little bit of pressure. Are you ready to join us and have some fun?! These classes are Co-ed.
As mentioned previously, our goal is to hear your story and reason for starting firearms training. The private classes offer the opportunity to fit your schedule, focus on very specific skills and bring the coaching to you personally. These classes are Co-ed.
